Own your Power is RIPE’s signature group coaching intensive for women who mean business. Working closely with founder and lead coach, Megan Dolce I helped design the overall look and feel of the offering, from how it’s marketed to how women experience the cohort from start to finish. From a thoughtfully curated and designed welcome kit (more to come on this), to presentation decks and the piece-de -resistance - the custom designed workbook.

The 150 page workbook is filled with RIPE tools, copy and inspiration that help guide women through 3 ‘chapters’ of the program, ground, push and pull. It was important to us that each spread felt alive and expansive - to guide women through each practice, help unloack ah’ah moments and inspire new prespectives. We did this through vibrant color combinations, A mix of typography that highlights each message and curated photography that sparked emotion
